Much like the 21 Day Fix, the 21DFX is both a fitness and a nutrition plan from Autumn Caslabrese. Don't worry, there is no diet involved here either, but rather a continuation towards a healthier lifestyle. The 21DFX is a step up from the original 21 Day Fix. Workouts are still only 30 minutes, but the goal this time is to build and tone muscles. The eating plan is more extreme as well. For 21 days there's no more wine or chocolate, only clean eating. If you are a 21 Day Fix graduate, athelete, or workout regularly this program will finally help you see the results you want.
