The Workouts
1.) Total Body Cardio Fix
A complete body workout that keeps your heart rate up and muscles engaged. It focuses on cardiovascular conditioning along with muscle toning, kicking you metabolism into overdrive.
2.) Upper Fix
Intense resistance training to help sculpt your chest, back, shoulders, arms, and abs. There are two rounds of exercises each round has five exercises ranging from push-ups to scissor twists.
3.) Lower Fix
Resistance training for the biggest muscles in your body. No part of your lower body goes forgotten as you work the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and claves which in turn burn the greatest amount of calories.
4.) Pilates Fix
This Pilates-style workout is an active recovery day helping to strengthen your core, elongate your muscles, and tighten your glutes and things. The entire workout is on the floor so all you need is a mat.
5.) Cardio Fix
An extreme cardio workout from jumping jacks to burpees, this workout will have your heart pumping and your entire body drenched in sweat. Each high intensity interval last for one minute with a 20 rest in between.
6.) Dirty 30
A full body workout that focuses on form and technique.
7.) Yoga Fix
This is an active recovery workout that will help balance, flexibility, and strength, while increasing your circulation and stretch your sore muscles.
8.) 10 Minute Fix for Abs (Bonus)
A 10 minute workout strictly focused to shape strong, sexy abs consisting of 2 rounds of 8 different exercises. *my personal favorite, which I aim to do daily*
