The Workouts
1.) Plyo Fix Extreme
An explosive lower-body workout that uses resistance while jumping to burn calories and sculpt muscles. By adding resistance, your muscles and cardiovascular system work that much harder to accomplish the same move.
2.) Upper Fix Extreme
This upper body workout uses weights and resistance bands to shred your chest, back, shoulders, and arms. This workout is no joke with alternating opposing muscle groups and no rest, you are sure to break a sweat. There are three rounds of exercises each round has four exercises.
3.) Pilates Fix Extreme
This time around you're using a resistance band for every exercise. This mat workout works the entire body with a focus on the core. The entire workout is on the floor so grab your mat and your band and get ready to sweat.
4.) Lower Fix Extreme
This resistance based workout will make your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves stronger, leaner, and more defined. This workout keeps you guess by switching from heavy to light weights, weights to plyo, and weights to hold. Embrace the pain.
5.) Cardio Fix Extreme
This extreme cardio workout will keep your heart rate soring by combining weighted cardio moves with traditional metabolic training intervals for 30 seconds. There's no time to think during this one, just keep pushing.
6.) Dirty 30 Extreme
Using only 7 moves to focus on muliple body parts at the same time this workout will leave you burning more calories while defining your muscles. There isn't a part of you that will walk away unworked.
7.) Yoga Fix Extreme
This is a fast-paced flow yoga class. This active recovery workout combines strength, balance, flexibility, and power, while increasing circulation and stretching sore muscles.
8.) 10 Minute HardCORE (Bonus)
A 10 minute workout strictly focused to shred abs and leave you lean and ripped. This hit it and quit it workout ulitizes a single dumbell to increase intensity.
